Space Browse: Terms and Conditions

If you use this site, whether registered or not, then you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Unless agreed otherwise, this agreement is governed by English law.

This is a contract between you and us; we are Space Browse, run by PHD Computer Consultants Ltd (PHDCC) and its sub-contractors.

The Space Browse and photo-site concepts and web site and the associated code and images are Copyright © 2006 PHD Computer Consultants Ltd.

Copyright to your photos and photo-sites remains with you.  You must own any images uploaded or have permission from the copyright holder.

Space Browse will make free and paid-for facilities available as described elsewhere on this site.

• There is no guarantee that the Space Browse facilities will be available at all times.
• There is no guarantee that your content will be stored safely, so please keep backup copies.
• There is no guarantee that the visibility of your content will be restricted to your chosen settings.
• There is no guarantee that the facilities will work in any particular computer, device or browser; let us know of any problems so we can work to fix them.
• The provision of new free or new paid-for facilities may be withdrawn at any time.

An individual is only permitted one free account.

You must provide a valid email address.

You must not share your account with others.

If you are aged under 13 years, you must have the permission of a parent/guardian to register.

If we believe any registration information is incorrect then the account will be terminated.

Please make sure that any photos, text, comments, etc are legal and do not cause any offence, even if kept private.  Please report any sites that cause offence.  Assessment of content suitability will be entirely up to us.  If your content is deemed unsuitable, you will initially be asked to amend or remove it - and content will be made private.  If content is not amended then we will remove it.

Note that Space Browse administrators have full access to your password and all your content, even if marked as private.

Do not show personal details in your text or photos.

Choose carefully which sites you make public - are you happy for anyone to see you, your friends or the locations?  Instead, restrict such sites to groups of your friends or family.  Check that everyone in your photos is happy to be shown online.

We may contact registered users occasionally for marketing purposes.

Space Browse logs various events such as login attempts, including your IP address.

We will keep your personal registration information private and will not release it to anyone else for marketing purposes.

The Space Browse service and facilities are run by PHDCC at the address below.  The Space Browse web site server(s) may not be located within the UK.  Payments to Space Browse are handled by PayPal, acting as a bank for PHDCC.
